Hugely experienced, combative midfielder who joined the Pitmen from Vanarama National League North side Leamington for an undisclosed fee in November 2024

A former trainee at Burton Albion, Doyle-Charles made the move up from the Brewers' U18 side to the first team at the start of the 2014-2015 season, making seven appearances amongst the substitutes for the League Two side before being released at the end of his deal in May 2015

After a summer out on trial, Doyle-Charles eventually linked up with Evo-Stik Northern Premier League side Ilkeston in July 2015, making twenty appearances for the Robins in the first half of a tough season on the pitch for the club as they sat in the bottom three for much of the campaign. Doyle-Charles' form had attracted the attention of Ilkeston's local rivals, Vanarama National League North side Alfreton Town, with the Reds moving to bring the youngster in on a short-term deal in February 2016

After eight starts at the Impact Arena, Doyle-Charles continued his move around the Derbyshire non-league scene with a move to Evo-Stik Premier League side Matlock Town, where he started to establish himself as a fine step three midfielder over the next two seasons. In August 2017, he was guilty of an own goal against the Pitmen in Matlock's first home of the new season which they eventually won 3-2

A move to ambitious Coalville Town came about in the summer of 2018, with Doyle-Charles spending the next six seasons at Owen Street as he chalked up over 200 starts for the Ravens. Another notable flashpoint against the Pitmen came in August 2019 when an aggressive challenge on Hednesford midfielder Billy Daniels broke the former Nuneaton Town man's cheekbone but somehow saw Doyle-Charles only receive a yellow card for the challenge

Coalville were constant challengers for the top five during their spell in the Southern Premier League Central from 2019 to 2024, finishing in the top three in 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 but not being able to navigate the play-offs at the end of the season with a strong, uncompromising and little-changed side over the years. Doyle-Charles assumed the captaincy of the side in 2023 and continued to drive the team forward from his midfield role

At the end of the 2023-2024 season and with Coalville finishing in eleventh place, chairman Gynn Rennocks pulled his financial support for the club which saw the Ravens resign from the Southern Premier League Central and return to the regional leagues. The squad was dismantled, with Doyle-Charles being offered another chance at step two football by Leamington in July 2024

Twelve games into the new campaign and with Doyle-Charles one of the more consistent performers in the Brakes side, new Hednesford manager Gavin Hurren identified the powerful, driving midfielder as a key part of his plan for the side, with the Pitmen agreeing an undisclosed fee for the player with Leamington in late November 2024
